Personally, I think the most important thing about moderating is: Finding both sides of the story, it is important to find out all the details because it might just be a misunderstanding. It is also best to not be bias against the person and show respect as you are representing the server. 

As it stands now, with your track record being the way it is, this is denied. In the future there may be a chance if you can manage to go a few months without collecting a note or ban.
