In-Character Name: Carl Baskett
General Character Information: Nothing really special about the guy, just an average joe mad at the UNSC for what they've done to his backwater colony. Not that experienced with combat and, while he's mad at the UNSC, he's not a "kill them all, crush, maim, burn" kind of guy.
Reason for Applying: It didn't seem like many people wanted to play the insurrectionists in the tests and I figured, why not.
