Comes from a long lineage of military service, so it was only fitting that he followed in his progenitor's footsteps- he preferred being sent to a military academy rather than seek a more lucrative civilian technical school. Befitting to the namesake of his home-planet, one could look over his record and come to the conclusion that Rowe was born and bred for war.
